starting from May 25, 2018, the amendment of the provisions regarding the protection of personal data comes into force. On this date, the General Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "RGDP"). Therefore we send our customers and potential customers this information to provide some information on the way our company processes your personal data.

Acquisition of data and purpose of their treatment

The processing of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the stipulated contract, ie for the realization of the service (in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1 letter b) of the RGDP regulation), including for:

  • User registration in the order submission system and User support insurance, including the submission of product offers and order fulfillment (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the RGDP );
  • examination of reports and complaints (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 letter c) of the RGDP);
  • the presentation of claims associated with the stipulated insurance contract (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 letter f) of the RGDP), where the legitimate aim is the right to assert the claims;
  • for archiving purposes (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 letter c) of the RGDP);
  • for statistical purposes (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 letter f) of the RGDP) where the legitimate aim of the administrator is to have - information on the statistics of the actions carried out by our company, to enable us to improve our activities.

Furthermore, the legal provisions require us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes.

Furthermore, your data may be processed for marketing purposes, or to promote our products and services. If this occurs without the use of electronic means of communication, the legal basis for the execution of these activities will be art. 6, paragraph 1 letter. f) of the RGDP, where the legitimate aim of the administrator is the conduct of marketing activities. While if for the conduct of these activities electronic means of communication are used such as electronic mail, telephone; in consideration of the other legal provisions in force, the data will be processed only on the basis of your consent (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 letter a) of the RGDP).

Data recipients Your personal data may be communicated to other subjects who process your data in their own name, including, inter alia:

  • subjects who conduct shipping or express courier activities;
  • banks - for the repayment of amounts not due;
  • public bodies or other subjects authorized by the provisions of the law, to carry out the obligations of which our company has been invested (Tax Office, law enforcement, etc.);
  • entities that manage our tele-information systems (hosting companies, IT service providers);
  • entities that provide legal, accounting, tax or consulting services to our company.

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be stored until the expiry of the contract term (realization of the service), as well as after its completion:

  • Data present in the contracts - up to the expiration of the claims deriving from the contract (for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the execution of the contract);
  • For purposes arising from the provisions of the law, in particular in relation to the obligation to archive accounting documents, issue invoices, etc .;
  • The documents relating to the guarantee and the legal guarantee will be kept for 1 year after the expiry date of the legal guarantee or by examining the complaint;
  • Data for marketing purposes:
    • in the case of data processing based on consent - until revocation of the same;
    • in the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the TELSTORE activity - up to the presentation of the opposition;
  • Data transmitted through the contact form - until the end of the period of forfeiture of any claims (maximum 3 years).

Rights in relation to the processed data

You have the right to access the content of your data and their rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, right to transfer data, right to object, right to revoke consent at any time without any impact on the lawfulness of the processing, carried out on the basis of of the express consent before its revocation (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent).

Data processing in an automated way (profiling)

Your personal data will be processed automatically (including profiling), however this will not produce any legal effect or will similarly affect your situation.

The profiling of personal data consists in the processing of your data (also in an automated way), through their use for the evaluation of certain information, in particular for the analysis or forecasting of personal preferences and interests.
